How We Redefine
We never stop pushing the boundaries of what's possible. We're much more than just a manufacturer and supplier. Our Training & Development team is redefining our industry to help our dealers grow and our communities flourish. Here are a few examples.
- Visited 150+ dealers and made more than 100 franchisee visits in 2022, with nearly 170 days traveled as a team
- Created comprehensive curriculum, manuals, guides and training materials, which cover all aspects of running a contractor business
- Delivered more than 50 local and regional, in-person and virtual learning events in the past year and hosted two national conferences to provide developmental opportunities for our customers
Meet Our People
At Supportworks, all voices are heard, and our day-to-day work is really making a big and positive impact not only within our company but also on the entire network of dealers and franchisees. There is nothing more fulfilling than knowing that we are making a difference every single day.
Mengying Li,Director of Accounting Training
I get the opportunity to work with Production teams across the Foundation Supportworks Network, teaching them how to install our foundation- and concrete-repair solutions safely and efficiently. Installing the product is only the beginning. We also get to coach them on how to provide remarkable customer experiences. Getting to work with great people all trying to redefine an industry never gets old!
Riley Baker,Senior Production Coach
No two days are the same, and that keeps the job exciting and challenging in a positive way. At Supportworks, we are encouraged to follow a mantra around, "Freedom to Think, Freedom to Do," and this is my favorite part of the job that gives us the freedom to think outside the box and create new and impactful resources for our dealers.
