How We Got Here
1975 - Thrasher Basement Water Control, now known as Thrasher Foundation Repair, is founded by Greg and Nancy Thrasher on the simple notion of offering a better experience for homeowners looking to fix leaky basements
1995 - Greg Thrasher helps develop a better foundation piering system
2008 - Foundation Supportworks is founded by Greg and Nancy Thrasher, their son Dave and a small group of people dedicated to redefining the foundation repair industry
2012 - The concrete division of Foundation Supportworks is born with the development of PolyLevel, a proprietary polyurethane foam offering a superior solution to the common problem of sinking and broken concrete
2016 - Supportworks Headquarters opens in Papillion, NE
2017 - The first annual Redefine Conference is held in Omaha, providing Foundation Supportworks Network contractors the opportunity to come together to reset, reimagine and redefine
2019 - SolutionView is founded as a software company "built for contractors by contractors"
2020 - Supportworks is Certified Evergreen by the Tugboat Institute
2022 - The first annual HG Summit experience was held for the Hello Garage Network to come together and open up the possibilities
2023 - SolutionView launches a tablet version of its proprietary sales software
Who We Serve
There are three groups without whom we would not exist and to whom our work is dedicated: Homeowners, Contractors and Employees. They are the three legs of a stool that would collapse if any one leg were given less support.
Homeowners
Over the decades, homeowners have come to believe that mediocre service is acceptable. We think that's ridiculous. And we believe that the contractor-homeowner experience can and should be more. So, we envision a world where every single interaction with a contractor not only exceeds expectations but also raises the bar for how homeowners should expect to be treated by the contractors they hire.
Contractors
Our existence is rooted in the dream of starting a contracting business and building it to become a legacy passed to future generations. But in our vision, contractors don't have to go it alone. Through our Network, they have friends, mentors and partners who treat them like family and walk alongside them to help make this dream a reality.
Employees
We strive to bring out the best in our employees and help them see what's possible within themselves. Because we know that when people feel passion and purpose at work, they bring that energy home - creating happier families, better neighborhoods and stronger communities.
