Department Highlights
- Tested and launched 41 new products to the Dealer Network to help grow and simplify their businesses all while employing sourcing strategies that minimize disruption and backorders and allow standard products to be shipped within two days of placing the order
- Designed a PolyLevel® van and body configuration, adding to the growing rig availability options to better accommodate diverse dealer production and mobility need
- Improved our culture by conducting an employee survey and acting on their feedback, including enhancing benefits and perks, revolutionizing our onboarding program and offering more opportunities for professional development
